It’s taken me eight weeks to finally feel like I am in a good groove of actually eating in Ketovore. Since I am going to have blood work done next week, being extra careful to eat my one good dinner a day, practicing intermittent fasting. I am looking forward to dropping completely off the statin. I feel good and look good. Here’s my weekly stats, and some of the meals I have enjoyed from Karen.
